I am not a “wake up and eat breakfast” kind of person, so finding Ka’chava was the perfect answer. It’s loaded with protein, vitamins and immune support. I started with chocolate (with the occasional addition of banana and/or peanut butter) but now my go to is the coconut acai. I love the light tropical flavor and it makes me feel full for hours.
Some of my favorite add-ins to change it up:
- 1/2 pineapple juice and 1/2 water
- add some Greek yogurt for an extra creamy texture and added probiotics
- add some frozen dark cherries or berries for extra flavor and antioxidants
